open vmware And press CTRL + N
A Dialog box will open and will ask typical(recommanded) and custom (advance)
click on typical(recommanded)

Step 2: select appropriate ISO file
- press button installer disc image file (iso):
- click on Browse … and select kali linux’s iso file which is downloaded by kali.org
- click on next
Step 3: Select Operating System
- click on Linux radio button.
- And select version Debian 10.x 64-bit.
- to move further click next.
Step 4: Name the Virtual Machine
- Enter kali in virtual machine name textbox.
- Choose your preferred location
- click next
Step 5: Specify the disc capacity
- Choose maximum disc size (GB).
- select Split virtual disc into multiple file.
- to move further click next
Step 6: Customize hardware for particular virtual machine
- click on customize hardware button.
- And select appropriate hardware.
- click on finish.
Step 7: Select installtion of kali Linux
- After finish the configuration of virtual machine.
- click on power on this virtual machine
- After this Boot menu will be display.
- click on graphical install and press Enter.
Step 8: Select Language
- select your preferred Language.
- And click continue
Step 9: Select your location
- select preferred location.
- click on continue button.
Step 10: Configure the Keyboard
- select preferred Keyboard configuration.
- Recommanded American english
- click on continue button.
After this Load Installer components from CD will appear
Step 11: Configure the Network
- Enter Hostname in Hostname Textbox.
- click on continue button.
Step 12: Configure the Network-II
- Enter Domain (Not Required).
- if you already have domain name like .com /.edu, it should be blank
- click on continue button.
Step 13: Setup users and passwords
- Enter password.
- The password should not be blank.
- click on continue button.
Step 14: Partition Disks
- select Guided – use entire disk.
- click on continue button.
Step 15: Partition Disks – II
- select SCSI3 (0,0,0,) (sda)…
- click on continue button.
Step 16: Partition Disks – III
- select All files in one partition(recommanded for new users).
- click on continue button.
Step 17: Partition Disks – IV
- select Finish partitioning and wire changes to disk.
- click on continue button.
Step 18: Partition Disks – V
- select Yes Radio Button.
- click on continue button.
After this Install the System page will appear.
Step 19: Use a network mirror
- Select Yes Radio Button.
- click on continue button.
Step 20: Http proxy information
- Enter HTTP PROXY (Not Required).
- If you have “http://[[user][:pass]@]host[:port]/” like proxy then enter otherwise leave it blank.
- click on continue button.
Step 21: Install the GRUB boot loader to Master Boot Record
- Select Yes Radio Button.
- It is Required to select yes cause without edit MBR we are not able to start Boot menu of our installed Operating System.
- click on continue button.
Step 22: Disk for boot loader installtion
- Select /dev/sda.
- click on continue button.
Step 23: Finish the page will appear
Step 24: Finish installation page will appear
- select continue button
Step 25: A dialog box will appear
- After installation, Select kali GNU/Linux from menu.
- press the enter to boot the selected os
- The selected entry will be executed auomatically in few second
Step 26: Enter username
- Enter username.
- “root” is the default username of kali.
- press Next Button
Step 27: Enter password
- Enter password in textbox.
- passwords which are used in insallation
- press button Sign In
